
PACESIT
ALL our seated classes are designed to take the weight off the lower joints. HIPS. KNEES. ANKLES. SPINE.
These classes are not suitable for everyone, and those for whom it IS assessed as suitable must provide a full authorisation letter from their doctor prior to enrolment and membership.
Once you become a member you simply enrol in a PACE workout level that matches your current level of fitness and join in with the regular classes.
Your instructor will demonstrate any seated alternatives to any moves that are uncomfortable and even awkward to perform, for seated workouts.
In the case of recovering individuals, the aim is to induce a Cardio response by use of the upper and or lower body WITHOUT placing emphasis on the strength and endurance sequences.
WHO CAN DO THESE SEATED WORKOUTS.

INJURIES.
Good for those who would normally be able to participate in the PACE 130 class. BRONZE. WALK. or, those at the higher levels, who are recovering from an injury in either the upper or lower body.

JOINTS.
Also great for those who have developed signs of joint fatigue and are aiming to continue training, but want to protect their joints.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT.
Those who would like to join our Weight Management Programme ... SMALL STEPS, BIG STRIDES...
ALL participants in the seated option, must be fully assessed as to their previous fitness history.
This will help us to determine which workout level you should be starting at.
