Taking you from Beginner to mid level over 12 weeks or over a time period determined by YOU.

With powerful, inspirational and motivating music, clients are able to mentally engage and enjoy the class, whilst working from 128 bpm up to a maximum pace of 135BPM. Aiming to achieve up to 5000 steps in 35 / 40 mins. Participants are encouraged to use the principles of modification in order to tailor the workout to their own requirements.

This powerful combination of elements, brings into existence an incredible whole body workout, with the opportunity for clients to grow their fitness from seed. Embracing the PACE of their own journey.

PACE 140 SILVER is a challenging, exhilarating and stimulating workout programme with outstanding RESULTS right from the start.

 

This mid level workout weaves seamless sequences of muscular strength and endurance into the fabric of the routine, without breaking the flow. Building whole body strength, cardio stamina and endurance whilst creating a lean, strong and healthy body with a clear sharp and focused mind.

 

Working through a variety of paces from 130 bpm up to a maximum pace of 140bpm. Aiming to achieve up to 5000 steps per class, over 35/40 mins,

 

Clients can record their achievements using their PACEBOOK.  We also recommend investing in a Fit Bit or Apple Watch to monitor your activity throughout the class.

PACE 150. Intense. This advanced workout is about YOU vs YOU 100%. Digging deep. Finding the grit, drive, determination, discipline and mindset to make it through that last mile. Whatever it takes. And it takes nothing less than all you've got.

This powerful class is laced with strength and endurance sequences that engage every muscle in the body. So developing an explosive energy, lightning reaction, agility, power and focus. Speed, combined with movements that mirror the terrain in the field. Hills. Mountains. Valleys. Building cardio stamina, strength and endurance.

Powerful musical choices, designed to push you to your limits, provide the motivational force to extract that last drop of sweat from within. There are no limits except your own. Understanding how to PACE yourself through modification, is a vital tool that will always take you over the finish line.

 

You will be building intensity throughout the class, working through a variety of paces from 135bpm reaching a max intensity of 150bpm.

 

A workout for those who are at an advanced level of fitness and looking for a a programme that is exciting, dynamic and challenging. THIS IS IT. 

Over 35/40 mins you will be aiming to achieve over 6000 steps per class using modification to always maintain your PACE with ease.
