Easy to follow routines, accompanied by invigorating and motivating music, embracing a range of PACE/BPM relevant to the level of the class you are participating in, ensures you are working at a PACE best suited to your current fitness level, whilst aiming to achieve and maintain your goals.
Each class delivers a total number of steps relevant to the PACE/BPM of that class. Mileage can be built over the suggested 12 week duration, by regular participation, with targets and achievements recorded in your PACEBOOK chart/pad. We also recommend Fit-Bit or Apple watch, to monitor you heart rate and track and record your progress.
