PACE is not a running skills programme. It is an all weather in studio cardio workout, that uses PACE to distinguish between the levels of intensity. WALK. JOG. RUN.
Woven into the fabric of these powerful workouts, are intensive modules of strength and endurance, entwined, without disruption, to the pace and flow of the routine. We like to think of these movements as the hills, mountains and valleys we experience on an outdoor run.
This fusion of PACE, Strength and Endurance ensures a full body engagement that simply cannot be achieved on a run in the great outdoors, nor on a treadmill.
